I have 15 years experience working in administrative positions in Somerset in the UK. Some of these positions included: Receptionist, General Office Assistant, Customer Communications Coordinator (Supervisor position), Customer Service Representative and Telesales. All of these job roles gave me a wide range of skills that I was able to use when I became Self Employed in 2020.
After the birth of my second child I set up a blog and YouTube channel and realised quite quickly that what I loved the most was connecting with other businesses and individuals; and helping support them in any way that I could. I also loved the research and writing that goes along with creating blog posts and social media content.
I have obtained many professional qualifications in administrative work and I now use all of these skills and work as a Virtual Assistant from my home office in the UK.
